Welcome to the custom branch of Wyndstone.

So often we are asked, "what can you tell me about the history of the piece?" And all too often the answer is "unfortunately, not much." The beauty of antique jewelry is that precious metals and gemstones can last for millennia. But over time, stories fade. Provenance- records of a piece’s origin and ownership- is frequently lost, leaving behind only the jewel itself.

When we work with you to create your custom piece we aren't just designing jewelry- we’re crafting an heirloom and ensuring it's one with a known beginning, a documented history, and a lasting legacy.

Each custom piece we create is accompanied by a leather-bound folio, its story brought to life through a watercolor illustration and a written narrative detailing its creation. Inside, you’ll also find a log of ownership and dedicated spaces for photographs of the piece being worn. We’re honored to offer this to our clients, because when something is made with heart and soul, its story deserves to be told- and remembered- always.

The Custom Process

STEP 1: CONSULTATION

Schedule a custom jewelry consultation by clicking on the "Book A Visit to Our Showroom" button. At our initial meeting we will discuss your vision, look at inspiration, and assess what elements are most important to you.

STEP 2: SOURCING

We can repurpose stones you already have or if needed, source a new center stone and side stones with your specifications and budget in mind. Typically you will be presented with 3-5 options for a center stone.

STEP 3: CAD RENDERING & OPTIONAL WAX MOLD

You will receive a computer-aided design that will take into account your stone's exact measurements and your finger size. At this point we can edit the design until it's just right! Once you approve the CAD, you have the option to purchase a wax mold so you can try your piece on before it goes into production (rings only).

STEP 4: PRODUCTION

Our expert jewelers craft your one-of-a-kind piece for you. The timeline from when the CAD and wax mold is approved to delivery of your Wyndstone original is typically 5-6 weeks.
