CAN I SEE YOUR PIECES IN PERSON?

For now we only sell online however we are happy to schedule a virtual appointment with you to see any pieces you may be interested in! Please use the appointment link on any product page to schedule a Zoom call.

CAN PIECES BE RESIZED?

For orders over $1,500 we offer one complimentary sizing if the process and size requested is possible for that particular piece. Please review the product description to see whether the piece you’re interested in is able to be sized. Sizing requests can be made via email or as an order note in your shopping cart during checkout. If you would like to have an item resized but do not know your size, we are happy to send you a complimentary ring sizer upon purchase.

Sizing takes approximately 5-7 business days to complete once we have your size.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes! We specialize in old cut diamonds and antique and vintage inspired settings however we are happy to help bring any vision to life!

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

CAN I PLACE A PIECE ON HOLD?

At the moment, we don't offer hold or layaway options. However, we do have other convenient payment options available.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club.

We also accept wire transfers and certified checks. Please note these can take 2-3 days to clear and your piece cannot be shipped prior to payment clearing. 

You also have the option to utilize Shop Pay upon checkout, which will break your total payment up into biweekly or monthly installments.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We offer complimentary two day shipping for all purchases. We ship via FedEx with adult signature required. Upon payment we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent. FedEx is not able to deliver to PO Boxes however we are able to have your purchase sent to a FedEx facility near you. Please ensure that the address that you provide at check out is where you would like your package sent as we may not be able to change the delivery address once the order is placed.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

WHAT IS YOU RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for exchange or refund less the cost of shipping. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. If your piece came with a GIA or other lab certificate you must include the original certificate with your return or you will be charged a $300 fee to have another certificate issued.

WHAT IF MY PIECE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED?

Please remember our pieces are all authentic antique and vintage items and have lived previous lives! We thoroughly assess all pieces prior to shipment to ensure they are in the best possible condition though. Should there be any structural issues with your purchase that are not due to normal wear or tear or accident, we are happy to cover the cost of the repair for 6 months following purchase. This includes repairing a shank broken at the sizing seam, tightening prongs, polishing, and melee replacement. This coverage does not include centerstone replacement and we highly recommend insuring your jewelry.

After six months we are still happy to help maintain your pieces and will provide you a quote for repair and shipping fees.
